What engagement options are available?
Permanent placement, contract, contract-to-hire, fractional experts and dedicated time-and-materials squads. We also offer RPO/subscription recruitment support for ongoing hiring, with contingency options when demand is uncertain.
How do you validate capability and fit?
Through human-led conversations, relevant experience review, practical evidence and assessment against the role, team and environment.
Who controls delivery?
You direct the work. We support the capacity. Clients control strategy, scope, priorities and delivery outcomes. We support selection, team composition and continuity for contract and squad engagements; permanent placement and replacement terms are agreed separately.
Does “in days” guarantee a completed hire?
No. The message describes our focus on reducing delays, not a guarantee of completed hiring or squad mobilization. Timing depends on requirements, availability, assessment and your decision process.
How are fees and changes agreed?
Rates, placement fees, allocation, conversion terms, replacement support and notice periods are agreed before an engagement. No paid subscription is created simply by visiting the site.

How do I join the Talent Network?
Click Join the Talent Network on the For Talent page to email our team. Tell us about your experience, strengths and working preferences. The candidate chat and profile-upload system is still planned.
What opportunities can I explore?
Permanent, contract, contract-to-hire, fractional and project-based opportunities across startups, growth companies and enterprises, subject to client needs and your preferences.
Who can see my profile?
We obtain your approval before presenting your profile to a client for a specific opportunity. Service providers may process information as needed to support our services, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
How do conversations and transcription work?
Our team discusses your experience and goals with you. Where live transcription is used, we explain the process and seek your consent. You can ask about an alternative process; our current talent-page commitment is not to retain audio or video recordings.
Does joining guarantee an opportunity?
No. We discuss relevant opportunities as they arise, but joining does not guarantee an interview, placement or timeline.
Can I update my details or leave the network?
Yes. Contact our talent team to update your preferences or request withdrawal from future consideration. Privacy requests, including deletion, are handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

How may technology be used in the process?
Talent intelligence workflows use AI-assisted tools for discovery and information analysis. People conduct candidate interactions and review every recommendation. Live transcription and any analysis are explained at collection, with consent where required; see the Privacy Policy.
